Heritage will assemble the lender’s closing package and prepare the necessary affidavits at the time of the closing. The attorney continues to conduct the closing. A complete copy of the lender’s closing package and a fully executed Closing Disclosure Statement will be provided to the purchasers at the time of the closing.
